Dangerous tree

This tree has got more bent over the winter months and we worry it will fall onto our car or property. The lower branches currently sit on the top of the car.

Additionally, it’s currently a health hazard due to it being a bird perch zone and bird droppings on the driveway. I am currently pregnant and will soon have a small child and having to avoid bird droppings on myself and car when entering or existing my home. It also blocks significant light in bedroom.

This has been an issue for over a year, the tree has been around 20+ years but the past winter has been made worse and the risk of it falling is high. Other trees on the street have been chopped down to stump (outside 78 for example) and we are requesting either the branches encroaching our property and weighing the tree down be removed or the full tree removed.
