Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days.

Pothole much larger now and hasn't been repaired. Wheel & tyre damaged after hitting pothole. Very dangerous - requires urgent proper repair. Plse advise who to claim cost from?
