Yesterday between Clare street and cowper street on the kettering road. 2 delivery vans were doubled parked. Blocking lane meant for cars going up. You often get cars parked on double yellows as you turn left from Clare street thus forcing you into lane for traffuck coming down hill. Often these idiots just put hazards on. But is this OK. We need traffic wardens here before accident.
