Footpath extremely narrow
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9326204.
This portion of the footpath has narrowed considerably from nature reclaiming it. Everyday I see people pushing buggies very close to the edge of the path and school kids having to push their bikes in the road to get around. This road is full of HGVs and meeting a car the other side the HGV mirrors end up over the walking area of this path. Please do something about it before an accident occurs. I understand a walk around has been made through the new estate so please block this portion of path off to force people onto the safe area created or clear the area to be wider

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that a job is currently logged in our system to cut back the overgrown vegetation and side‑out the footpath. This work is already underway and may be completed ahead of the SLA date of 13th October 2026.
