Propertys overgrown hedge obstructing view at junction

Reported via mobile in the Overgrown Private Vegetation category anonymously at 07:34, Friday 1 May 2026

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 4 days, 38 minutes later. ref: 9382874.

The property on the corner of weggs farm road and vellocette way has a very over grown hedge which partially borders the property boundary this is not only obstructing the view for drivers at the junction coming from vellocette way to weggs farm road but also for pedestrians trying to cross especially school children who use this route including my child and he has said he can't see if a cars coming so is having to walk a little but further up on vellocette way to cross but this also worries me on a safety level because this means cars coming from weggs farm road on to vellcette way can't see him at all until they are around the corner of the junction. The hedge is also growing onto the pathway making this narrow. The property generally looks neglected and I understand thats not your concern but the safety of road users and pedestrians should be.
