Urine stench

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9409106.

Human urine is all over the walk way. Its dirty, disgusting and stinks. This is not just the odd dog urinating. This is a walk way through to an infant school and we should not have to subject our children to it.
