Overgrown Vegatation

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9411391.
Hello,
RE: VCO006908
Behind my property I understand it is council land.
The land behind my property has overgrown vegetation/bushes or hedges that IF not maintain and trimmed will soon be hanging over my fence.
Please note historically trees/vegetation/bushes etc in this space of land has caused structural damage to the property and the council have been liable for the damages; and therefore it is in the best interest of the council to ensure this area is maintained.
Please can I ask the council/contractors to review this area immediately and advise relevant contractors responsible for maintaining this area.
I have attached some photos.
My property is 105 Orchard Hill, NN3 9AG, and the area in question is on Little Billing Way which is parallel to my property and is the backyard to my house.
I understand IDVERDE are the contractors and responsible for this area.
I noticed today that the lawn area across Little Billing Way is being mowed today by ID Verde. However, when I spoke with the contractor carrying out the work, he advised that the area directly behind my property cannot be maintained due to the presence of tree stumps, which his equipment cannot pass over.
I would like to request that the council urgently review this issue. The area in question has become significantly overgrown with bushes and vegetation, and as it is council-owned land, it requires proper maintenance. As mentioned in my previous correspondence, this overgrowth has previously contributed to structural damage to my property.
I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how this matter will be addressed.
