26 Pembroke Gardens residents don’t trim their bushes and it results in the obstructed pavement. Nobody can use it (including disabled wheelchair users, parents with pushchairs) and everyone is forced to walk on the road. It is a hazard for pedestrians, disabled and parents with pushchairs.
