A Broken / Missing problem has been found

. The cover is visibly fractured across its surface and has separated into two sections. The surrounding pavement is also in a deteriorated condition, which further increases the risk. This defect has been present since before Christmas and remains unresolved. I understand that this issue may have already been reported previously by another member of the household; however, no remedial action appears to have been taken to date. In its current state, the cover presents a clear hazard to pedestrians and to vehicles crossing the pavement, with a risk of further structural failure if weight is applied. Given the length of time this issue has persisted and the evident safety concerns, I would be grateful if this matter could be investigated and made safe as a priority.
