This report was marked for repair in April, then may, now December! But also the report has been closed before repair and the Duplicate is for a completey different pot hole

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks.
