Investigating
Phasing on the lights
Reported via mobile in the Request Timing Review category anonymously at 16:40, Thursday 2 July 2026
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9723328.
The phasing on the lights has changed which means the weedon road is frequently stopped when there is no traffic coming from st crispins. Then when weedon road can move again the next set of lights turns red. The turning to Upton high street has only been letting about 5 cars through

I would like to support this report. The traffic light phasing on Weedon Road (intersections with St Crispins and Upton High Street) has been incorrect for several weeks, causing severe traffic jams. The green light sequence is too short for the main road volume, letting only a few cars through at a time. Please adjust the timing to restore normal traffic flow.
