Another Old Redundant Dropped Kerbstone Which Is Damaged & Broken
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9726337.
There is another old redundant dropped kerbstone that is cracked and damaged and a drop kerb is no longer required at this location.
One has already been reported - FMS 9714248 and this has been accepted as a defect and marked in yellow (please see pictures)
Please can this other old damaged drop kerbstone also be marked out for replacement with a new normal height kerbstone please with remedial resurfacing / patch repair work carried out to pavement behind it and the road surface along its edge.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days.

This old redundant dropped kerbstone is still awaiting replacement with a new standard height kerbstone and resurfacing the tarmac to the footway and road either side.
Another old dropped kerbstone was recently replaced just along from this one but done incorrectly as the installed another dropped kerbstone and not a standard height one. (See pictures)
I have reported this incorrect defect repair on fix my street and directly to highways, Nick Henstock and Cllr Richard Butler
Please can WN Highways please ensure this old kerbstone is replaced correctly with a standard height kerbstone to allow rainfall / surface runoff water to run along the edge of the road and into drain gullies as opposed to puddling up over the pavement which is what will happen with the incorrect kerbstone replacement.

Works completely incorrectly.
A dropped kerb kerbstone was installed instead of a standard one. This section needs a standard kerb stone, 50 years ago it had a dropped kerbstone for a set of old cottages that was demolised.... now when it rais a massive puddle forms across the pavement with the dropped kerbstone that has been put in place
Please come back to carry out the correct works
