Pot hole on sunken service trench with bad repair/ infill

This pothole is getting worse. The road, Nortoft, is destroyed by old very heavy school buses. This whole trench and the deeper pothole in particular makes my house bounce. It’s an old 3 / 4 storey stone property so I’m worried about structural damage to my property unless this is repaired - not just a patch but the whole trench levelling.
