Unofficial road closure

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 9915359.

Local residence have taken it upon themselves to put a road closure in as the main road is closed, there’s barriers across the road and signs. If emergency services went to get through, they would be delayed because of these people. They don’t have roadspace they have no permit in place,
