Stile collapsed and needs replacing

This has been reported several times and you recently said you had "fixed it". Please see attached phtgraph which I have just taken and shows it has completely collapsed. It was too high before with only one stile step so it needs two steps to make it safe. It is also on a slope which makes it more difficult (higher) to climb over. Nothing has been done to it ! I wonder if you are looking at the right one ? To confirm, it is on the culdesac called "The Walk" at the end of the tarmac road.
