Works firm has left rubble and fencing left on grassed area on Orchard Close

Ranger Plant Services have been doing works digging up pathways and grassed areas leading to people properties, think it was for gas works. The works were done in other closes not Orchard Close. They have done work on Highfield and Beech Close, but nothing in Orchard Close. HOWEVER, they used the green play area at the bottom of Orchard Close as a dumping ground for rocks, soil and parked vehicles there, put a metal container during the works. The grass area is no longer safe for children to play on in the area that they fenced off (50% of the area) and needs to be made safe and clean. restored to state it was in. Also the fencing removed.
